Tender Reference No: 2020/02 (GEBIZ: FOR000ETT20300024)

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for the Weekly Provision of Gardening Services at the Chancery and Singapore Residence for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the contract by one (1) year. The contract is targeted to start with effect from 1 September 2020. 

2 Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for tender documents or for more information.

3 Tender Offers shall be submitted by hand in a sealed envelope with the Tender Reference Number 2020/02 clearly indicated on the envelope. The envelope should be addressed to the Embassy of Singapore in Brussels at Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 85, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. The opening hours of the Embassy are Mondays to Fridays from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Tender Offers must only be received in the above manner. Any Tender Offers sent to any addresses other than the above, or sent by email or by fax will be DISQUALIFIED.

4 The closing date for the tender is 26 June 2020 at 1600 hrs Central European Time (CET). Any Tender Offer received by the Embassy after the closing date and time will be disqualified.

5 All costs or expenses related to the preparation of the Tender Offer will be borne by the vendor.

6 All information supplied to vendors by the Embassy, be it in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and must not at any point in time, be disclosed to any third party.

7 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of any Tender Offer. 

8 The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will subsequently be posted on the Embassy’s notice board and website.
