INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES TO THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND RESIDENCE IN BRUSSELS (REF. ITT-2022-001)
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to tender for the provision of security guard services to the Singapore Embassy and Residence in Brussels.
2 Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for tender documents or for more information.
3 There is an optional site visit at the Singapore Embassy on Monday, 26 September 2022, at 1100 hrs Central European Time (CET).
4 All tenders must be sent by hand in a sealed envelope with the Tender Reference No. ITT-2022-01 clearly indicated on the envelope. In addition to the hard-copy submission (which is mandatory), Tenderers may consider including a soft-copy of their bids in an accompanying Read-Only CD-Rom. The envelope should be addressed to the Singapore Embassy in Brussels at Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 85, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Monday, 24 October 2022 at 1600 hrs (CET). Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.
5 Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
6 The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
