The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for touch-up works at a Home-Based Staff Apartment (Rue de la Vallee 55, 3eme etage on Avenue de l’Universite 39, 1050 Ixelles).
2 Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for quotation documents or for more information. The Embassy will also conduct a mandatory, one-time site survey to the apartment on Friday, 1 October 2021 (10am). Details of the session are available in the quotation documents.
3 All quotations must be sent by email to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg only. Please note that only quotations received by email will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. Please do not copy any Embassy staff in your email proposal. The closing date is 13 October 2021 at 1600 hrs Central European Time (CET). Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
4 Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
5 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
