INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF WEEKLY
DIPLOMATIC COURIER SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE
EMBASSY FOR 2 YEARS
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies
to quote for the provision of weekly diplomatic courier services for the
Singapore Embassy for 2 years.
2 Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to
request for quotation documents or for more information.
3 All quotations must be sent by email to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg
only. Please note that only quotations received by email and via the prescribed
Reply Form will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be
disqualified. Please do not copy any Embassy staff in your email proposal.
The closing date is 14 February 2022 at 1600hrs Central European Time
(CET). Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
4 Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest
offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
5 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the
Embassy’s notice board.
