INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF GARDENING SERVICES AT THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND RESIDENCE IN BRUSSELS (REF. ITT-2023-001)

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to tender for the provision of gardening services at the Singapore Embassy and Residence in Brussels.

2        Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for tender documents or for more information.

3        There is an optional site visit at the Singapore Embassy and the Singapore Residence on Tuesday, 30 May 2023, at 1000 hrs Central European Time (CET). Please register by sending an email to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg. The addresses will be provided upon registration.

4        All tender offers shall be submitted either by email at Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg or by hand in a sealed envelope with the Tender Reference No. ITT-2023-001 clearly indicated on the envelope. If by email, please do not copy any other Embassy staff in your email proposal and send it only to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg. If by hand, the envelope should be addressed to Ms Lorraine Tan, Counsellor (Admin & Consular) and delivered to the Singapore Embassy in Brussels at Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 85, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. The closing date is Monday, 26 June 2023 at 1600 hrs (CET). Tender offers received after the deadline will not be considered.

5        Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

6        The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
