INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE NEW CHANCERY FOR THE HAGUE DIPLOMATIC OFFICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE (REF. ITT-2023-001)

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to tender for the project consultancy services for the new chancery to The Hague Diplomatic Office of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Interested companies may email Hague_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for tender documents or for more information.

3        There is an optional site visit at Carnegielaan 4, 2517 KH, on Thursday, 23 March 2023, at 1100 hrs Central European Time (CET).

4        All tenders must be sent by hand in a sealed envelope with the Tender Reference No. ITT-2023-01 clearly indicated on the envelope. In addition to the hard-copy submission (which is mandatory), Tenderers may consider including a soft-copy of their bids in an accompanying Read-Only CD-Rom. The envelope should be addressed to The Hague Diplomatic Office of The Republic of Singapore at The Hague Haagsche Hof, #B203/B204, Parkstraat 83, 2514JG, The Hague, The Netherlands. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Thursday, 20 April 2023 at 1600 hrs Central European Time (CET). Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.

5        Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
