INVITATION TO TENDER FOR FIT OUT AND REFURBISHMENT OF THE NEW CHANCERY OF THE HAGUE DIPLOMATIC OFFICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE (REF. ITT-2024-001)

         The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to tender for the fit out and refurbishment of the New Chancery of The Hague Diplomatic Office of Singapore.

2        Interested companies may email hdo@mfa.sg to request for tender documents or for more information.

3        There is a mandatory site visit by appointment at the sixth floor of Carnegielaan 4, 2517 KH, The Hague on either Thursday, 28 November 2024 between 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs Central European Time (CET) or Friday, 29 November 2024 between 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs (CET).

4        All tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Tender Reference No. ITT-2024-001 clearly indicated on the envelope. All documents and materials must be submitted at the same time. Postage must be pre-paid on all Tender Offers sent through the post. The envelope should be addressed to Matthew Kwok, First Secretary (Administration) at The Hague Diplomatic Office, The Hague Haagsche Hof, #B203/B204, Parkstraat 83, 2514JG, The Hague, The Netherlands. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Friday, 27 December 2024 at 1600 hrs (CET). Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.

5        Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

6        The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
