INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE CATERING OF SINGAPOREAN FOOD AND DRINKS (REF. ITQ-2026-003)

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for the catering of Singaporean food and drinks for our National Day Receptions 2026.

2        Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab) to request for the quotation documents or for more information.

3                   Quotations must be submitted by email to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab). Please do not copy any other Embassy staff in your email proposal and send it only to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab). Please note that only quotations received by email will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at 1600 hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST).

4        Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

5        The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
