Invitation to Quote for Cleaning Services at the Singapore Embassy and Residence in Brussels

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND RESIDENCE IN BRUSSELS (REF. ITQ-2026-001)

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for provision of cleaning services at the Singapore Embassy and Residence in Brussels.

2        Interested companies may email Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for quotation documents or for more information.

3                  Quotations must be submitted by email at Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg. Please do not copy any other Embassy staff in your email proposal and send it only to Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg. Please note that only quotations received by email will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Friday, 3 April 2026 at 1600 hrs Central European Time (CET).

4        There is a mandatory site visit at the Singapore Embassy and Singapore Residence on Friday, 27 March 2026, at 1000 hrs CET. Please contact the Embassy at Brussels_Procurement@mfa.sg by Wednesday, 25 March 2026 to register for the site visit.

5        Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

6        The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy’s notice board.
